RAZE is teaming-up with SHAPEWV to offer CATCH My Breath training to SHAPEWV members during the SHAPEWV Conference on October 11th or 12th. CATCH My Breath helps prevent vaping and tobacco use among youth. The program is listed as “Promising” by the WV Bureau for Behavioral Health Clearinghouse.
It is critical that you register for the SHAPEWV Conference AND register separately for CATCH My Breath to attend this training. Those who elect to attend both days of the conference are eligible for non-degree graduate credit if interested at an additional cost.
Participants only need to attend one of the two-hour CATCH My Breath Training trainings. Friday Oct 11th 2:30- 4:30 p.m. or Saturday 1:00-3:00 p.m.
$250 Stipends are available for teachers that complete the training and implement the curriculum at their respective school. School Stipends are also available based on implementation and school size. One-time Stipends ranging from $1,000 – $5,000 are provided following implementation.
