Leading on Empty: Recharging Resilience and Rethinking What’s Possible will explore the pressures clinical leaders face and offer practical strategies to recharge and refocus. Participants will identify key personal and organizational stressors, evaluate how workplace culture and external systems affect well-being and effectiveness, and apply resilience-building frameworks to leadership challenges. The session will encourage reflection through real-world scenarios, and attendees will begin to draft a personal or team action plan focused on one “next possibility” for meaningful change.
