The holidays are a stressful time and this year Moundsville Middle School along with the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley participated in Operation:Toy LIft to help alleviate some of this stress. During “Operation: Toy Lift” donations of new toys were collected throughout the month of December and then handed out to families in need during the week of Christmas. Moundsville Middle School was able to help almost 10 families this year by providing toys and some extra holiday cheer for families that may be less fortunate.
