In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Oak Hill Middle School held a Mental Health Art Contest. Students created posters that spread positive messages about mental health with support from their Art Teacher, Mrs Jones, and Project AWARE Therapist, Jesse Keeton. Crystal Criswell, School Mental Health Coordinator at Marshall University School Health Technical Assistance Center in the School of Medicine assumed the very difficult role of art judge and selected the winning posters. The top three winners received special art prizes and the two honorable mentions received ribbons.
