The West Virginia Department of Education proudly hosted the 2024 Student Support Conference: Collaborating for Student Success on November 12-13 in Charleston, WV. The event brought together over 600 school counselors, psychologists, social workers, Communities In Schools coordinators, and community partners. Attendees participated in a diverse array of breakout sessions and enjoyed numerous opportunities to connect and network with fellow student support professionals and community partners.

Tiffany Pittman and Crystal Criswell, School Mental Health Coordinators at Marshall University School Health Technical Assistance Center (MUSHTAC), Division of Community Health, School of Medicine, set up an informational table for West Virginia Expanded School Mental Health. Numerous attendees stopped by to gather resources and chat about their ESMH initiatives.
