The 2026-2027 Back to School Workshop for WV’s Expanded School Mental Health (ESMH) grantees is scheduled for August 13, 2026. WVDoHS’ Bureau for Behavioral Health sponsors the workshop in collaboration with Marshall University’s School Health Technical Assistance Center, Department of Family and Community Health, in the School of Medicine. The virtual event is scheduled for 9am-11am, with new staff required to remain until 12:00pm.
The workshop is tailored for WVESMH grantees so they can gear up successful school year. Topics include:
- Overview of Grant Requirements from the Bureau for Behavioral Health
- Description of the Technical Assistance & Support plans for the coming year
- Opportunity to ask questions
New staff are required to remain for an ESMH overview immediately afterwards at 11:05.
