In addition to these trainings, Youth Services offers a variety of evidence-based programs (EBPs) designed to promote healthy behaviors and prevent negative outcomes for youth. These programs include Too Good for Drugs and Violence, OLWEUS Bullying Prevention, Signs of Suicide (SOS), Safe Dates, Ripple Effects, Life Skills, Positive Action, Second Step, INDEPTH, Not on Tobacco (N.O.T.), and Catch My Breath. These EBPs provide youth with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate social pressures, build healthy relationships, manage stress, and make informed decisions. By implementing these comprehensive training and program offerings, Westbrook youth services is committed to creating safer, healthier environments for young people and equipping them with the skills to thrive.
